Monorail Electric Traveling Trolley
Available upto 15.0 Ton Capacity.
Designed for moving the trolley by pressing push button to move the
Lifted Load along the I-Beam axis Robust Rigid Construction, yet easy to assemble & dismantle.
Driven by Special design, Sq. Cage, Face mounted, 3 Phase, Class F, 960 RPM, Motor.
Gears: Alloy Steel Material, precise machined, gear hobbed & case
hardened duly annealed. Spur / Helical combination to provide
strength & smooth operation. Gears shall be lubricated with
semi-liquid grease instead of oil, which is less likely to leak,
eliminates oil level checks and clings to the gears even after long
idle periods.
Trolley wheels are machined for accuracy in its taper & surface on CNC Machines (upto 3T) & running on roller/ ball bearings to minimize the frictional load giving minimum effort for the operation.
Evenly distributed Load on four wheels.
Gear Wheels: Precise machined, gear hobbed.
Adjustable in width to suit to the I-Beam flange width requirements.
Control Panel Unit: Totally enclosed to protect from Weather, giving output at 24 Volts to the Operational Control Station (Push Button Station).
Operational Control Station:
Suspended from Hoist with a Cable & supporting Wire rope with two
push buttons extendable to four / six push button station.
Operated
with 24 Volts.
Interchangeable Spares.
Special Trolleys with A.C. Electromagnetic Brake, Limit Switches can be supplied at an extra cost.
Trolleys with higher capacity or suitable for double girder operation can be designed & supplied on request.
